Children's Ministry

No matter what age your children are, they'll love attending First Baptist Heights!

Sunday Morning Children’s Church offers an exciting hour of games, Bible study, and discussion groups for kids ages K-5.

The vision of our children’s ministry is best expressed in a Bible verse that describes the childhood of Jesus:

"And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men."
Luke 2:52

Our children’s ministry exists to support parents in raising their children with this pattern in mind:

• Consistently making right decisions ("wisdom")
• Knowing and loving God ("favor with God")
• Participating in healthy, loving relationships ("favor with men")

In the Children’s Ministry at First Baptist Heights, we desire to provide "hands-on" learning experiences for kids that are both challenging and fun!

We want children to see that the Bible is a thrilling book that is filled with stories, lessons, and truths that they can build their lives upon!
